Kvostax Drops "Gangup EP" as Citate Forms' 67th Release

Kvostax is from Murmansk and makes dense, cold grooves with a thick northern atmosphere. Since 2021, he’s been putting out liquid funk, jungle, and darker experiments on For Real, Liquid Brilliants, Emphaseas, and Data Music.



Collabs with Raybak and Driverufo, plus remixes from well-known names on the scene, have built him a reputation for seriously solid production. His debut, "Begine" on Live History Records, introduced a nostalgic liquid funk sound that was quickly picked up for remixes by St. Petersburg figures like Chillhomers, Krot, and Caim.



Tracks like "London" and the "Massive" single followed, blending classic jungle breaks with tight modern engineering and drawing remix work from Shiny Radio, Stablemotives, and Art Twisted. In 2024, he dove into the concept of artificial intelligence with the "Intelligence" EP and kept pushing boundaries with "Rescue Me" on Emphaseas. Together with Raybak and Driverufo, he also shaped the deep atmospheric liquid journey of the "Gorizont 1" EP.
