Evgeny Matvienko, aka Ezor. A St. Petersburg-born producer and a recognised drum & bass selector, he is the driving force behind major event series dedicated to the 170bpm+ sound. His professional journey began in 2008, with the pivotal breakthrough coming a decade later via the now-seminal tracks 'Luvxtazy' and 'Tired Road' on Citate Forms. To date, his catalogue boasts releases on key imprints like Dispatch Recordings, Ekou, Blendits, and Blu Saphir.

Ezor's music consistently garners support from the scene's foremost players—his signature sound, defined by surgical precision and an industrial coldness, is widely respected across the global bass community. Since 2022, operating from his base in Asia, Ezor also founded and curates the Bass 2 Face party series—a dedicated outlet for Drum and Bass, Dubstep, UKG, Jungle, and the full spectrum of 170bpm electronic music.
